I loved how attentive they were with updates about changes, delivery, etc. very professional. I was disappointed the bouquet didnt have the red roses it showed in the picture because my mom really loves red and pink roses. But they told me ahead of time about the change to orange roses so at least I was notified. Overall my mom stilled loved the bouquet. I dont order flowers often because they are expensive when you get them custom made so that was no surprise. I would say they are comparable to any other florist with their price.
