My sister recently turned 50, so I got her nice jewelry and sent her flowers. I’m out of state, so I searched Google and this place was included in my results. After placing my order, I had received an email regarding my order, in that the flowers that came with the arrangement were out of their stock, so they informed me they would substitute with something else. Since I wanted something different as a substitute, I called the florist and the employee I talked to was sweet as pie and so helpful. During our phone call, she had said another employee was about to take off with deliveries, so she told me she would keep the driver there so they could change the flowers to the ones I requested. I called in the Nick of time, but they went out of their way to accommodate my request and were so friendly with their southern hospitality. I also like that they emailed me a snapshot of my order. The flowers were beautiful and my sister loved them. I highly recommend this florist!
