I was pleasantly surprised when I received the email with a photo of the actual arrangement that was sent. I always wonder how my orders really looked so I was very happy to see it. What a great customer service that I have not seen another florist do. I will order from Yellow Rose again.

I think you did a nice job...I think the photograph of flowers and basket was actually prettier than the photograph I received of the actual arrangement delivered----However, I was very pleased with the punctuality and communication you provided since I ordered online. I received a text from the family who said the arrangement was beautiful.

The flowers were beautiful but the level of communication was even better. I even got a call to tell me they needed to substitute a flower in the arrangement due to lack of availability. Plus they sent a picture of the final product before they even delivered it.
