Flowers are lovely. BUT, I am disappointed you were out of the greenery supposed to be in the arrangement. Do better in keeping your stock up-to-date. Thank you for the beautiful flowers!! My sister loves them and that’s what’s important. ---- Florist's Response: Hello Darlene we do apologize that we were out of stock on the greenery but we did notify you that we had to substitute. We did our best to get the greenery but the supplier that we use was out of stock as well. So this gave us no other choice but to substitute as stated on our website. We always try to do our best to give our customers the best and freshest flowers available but happy that you as well as your sister loved the flowers. We do apologize and we do appreciate your business!

I appreciate the service provided !! I received a picture of the arrangement after creation so I didn’t have to wonder or call my husband to ask how did they look!! Usually we have to exchange pictures after they were delivered. He was very pleased with the flowers he received at his office and received lots of compliments especially since men aren’t typically on the receiving end of flowers!! We send each other flowers all the time!! Flowers aren’t just for women.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
